Came in for a simple tire replacement. They were unable to locate my tire & wheel warranty. I got the information to the service advisor who then claimed she couldn’t get ahold of anyone. After sitting in the waiting area for over two hours with three small children, they told me they didn’t have a tire for me. Then after I requested my car back, I had to sit and wait while the employees in the shop played with bouncy xxxxx and talked on personal cell phones before they could give me my car back. More
