John was great to work with and appeared to sincerely care about our experience with them. We were disappointed with sales department. We bought a used vehicle from their lot that turned out to be a lemon. We owned it for two years and had at least $3000 into it. The service department found another repair needed and we talked with sales about trading it as we were done putting more money into it. They offered us essentially nothing and then turned around and presented it to us as if they were doing us a favor. Until this experience, we promoted them and encouraged friends and family to use them for sales and service. After this experience, we will never do business with them again, or refer them. More

We went to Honda to look at a 2019 CR-V, but changed our minds and left with a 2019 HR-V. It was the fastest process we have ever encountered with the dealing process. The first offer given to us with our trade in was exceptional, so we excepted the first offer and this has never happened for us at any dealership. After that everything from paperwork to driving away in our new car was fast! This experience along with the exceptional hospitality will bring us back to this dealership for years to come.
