The staff from sales managers to the salesman was like nothing I’ve ever encountered with the many I have bought cars with. The finance guy also got me a better rate then my bank I’ve been with for 22 years! The customer service of the staff there is second to none. I live in Des Moines and drove 2 hours to deal with them and first was there price they beat all local dealers of Des Moines and there service seemed better then the local dealers as well that I was dealing with. They detailed the vehicle before I left and had it looking unbelievably awesome. I can’t say enough about there care for the customers. I’ll be more then willing to drive 2 hours out there to purchase from them again. They even followed up with me a few weeks after the purchase just to see how I like the vehicle and if any problems I’d figure after they had the sale and my money what do they care but that’s the thing THEY DO!!!!! If your looking for great people to work with on your next Honda purchase at least give them a opportunity...trust me you won’t be disappointed working with these guys and gals.
