Intermittent DVD issue I have an intermittent dvd issue where the DVD player gets stuck on the loading screen, nothing will get it out of this mode, ie ejecting the dvd or t I have an intermittent dvd issue where the DVD player gets stuck on the loading screen, nothing will get it out of this mode, ie ejecting the dvd or turning it off. Also when this occurs the rear cabin camera freezes giving an error. The only way I found to reset the issue is to turn the van off for a lengthy period of time. I have brought this into the dealership at least 3 times with a quick, “could not duplicate” and send it back to me. I have taken pictures of the issue when it happens and even taken it in when it has failed which resulted in 1 part replacement that did not resolve the issue. What I’ve been told is not to use the rear camera and Honda is aware of the issue and waiting on a fix, which was at least 7 months ago. I understand you can’t fix something that isn’t broke but every time I have to bring it in it is an inconvenience on me and my family. I bought a van to haul my family around, not for it to be in the shop. I feel for a brand new vehicle my “fix” should not be don’t use a feature on my van that I have paid for. With the pain that this issue is, the service department has been extremely helpful with what they can do. Very professional and any recalls or other issues my van has, they have resolved in no time at all. My service representative has been extremely kind with me even with me being a pain because of the dvd issue. More

I also didn't have to do a "face to face" confrontation to get what I considered was a reasonable price. More

Their sales staff was cordial, prompt, and informative. They gave us time to consider the choices and even allowed us to use their computer to research prices and reviews on both vehicles. They were fair with their prices and competitive toward other dealerships. In the end, we purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Odyssey EX-L and later discovered that their price was one of the lowest IN THE COUNTRY. The jury is still out on the service department, however, the sales department was top notch. Thank you More
