Love my x3 !! So , I went in to just test drive the BMW x3 40i. I was curious but didNOT intend to buy a car off of the lot.Then we got Danny Gomez as our salesman. So , I went in to just test drive the BMW x3 40i. I was curious but didNOT intend to buy a car off of the lot.Then we got Danny Gomez as our salesman. He brought out a Carbon Black car. I did Not want a black car. It was friggin beautiful. He kept saying about how it had bluish tones, in my garage under the lights, it was so beautiful. Best vehicle service experience ever. My Service Rep was Ken Darmanin - this was the smoothest service visit I've ever experienced ANYWHERE! Ken was waiting when I arrived - paperwork was My Service Rep was Ken Darmanin - this was the smoothest service visit I've ever experienced ANYWHERE! Ken was waiting when I arrived - paperwork was all ready - including paperwork for the loaner! Ken started the vehicle inspection as soon as I stopped my car! Ken also made sure I was properly updated on the vehicle status. The Service Manager (Elton) was involved in delivering the loaner car - very hands on Manager. I was in and out in less than 15minutes - and my car was ready well within the time frame I requested. Marty made sure my car was washed - even though I said that was not important - as I needed my car back within a certain time frame. The whole process was just very well coordinated. More
