Service is terrible. Towing took 24 hours and they showed up with a car and a landscaping trailer for my M Car!!!!! It took 6 days to change a tire with no loaner car after saying that they had the tire in stock. After getting the car back, it was flat again over night, took another week to get the car. Now, with less than 100 miles on the car, the tire is bad again, hence the towing. I found out that even though you call BMW roadside, that its up to the local dealer to contract with a towing company, so not BMW’s fault. Love the car though. More

As most are aware , new car orders were delayed due an assortment of supply chain setbacks. I Manny ordered my 2022 M3 just before Thanksgiving 2021.
