My 2022 X3M Competition is PHENOMENAL!! And, my prolonged two month experience ordering my vehicle with DANNY GOMEZ, my Client Advisor at Competition BMW, was beyond perfect and truly exemplar. Overall, the entire experience with Competition BMW has been amazing. There was only one MAJOR exception, and that was regarding the actions of Finance Manager AKIDA WHITE, for which I had to escalate issues to management at the dealership, as well as with BMW North America directly. Fortunately, MIKE KUMAR, the General Manager, resolved all concerns, while my Client Advisor DANNY GOMEZ was supportive and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the issue resolution process. Had it not been for these two key players, who responded to and resolved these issues, I would have in no way ever considered going back to this dealership, completely related to my personal experience with AKIDA WHITE. Long story short, ask for DANNY GOMEZ!! You will not be disappointed!! AND, specifically request to NOT be assigned to AKIDA WHITE IN FINANCE!! Trust me on this, it’s just not worth the risk… More

Back in December on a Saturday morning my husband brought in our car for servicing. When he made the appt. He told the receptionist in the service dept. that he would need two back tires replaced and brought in our car for servicing. When he made the appt. He told the receptionist in the service dept. that he would need two back tires replaced and to look at the emissions system that the check engine light was on. This appt was confirmed via email. When he arrived he was checked in by his advisor. He was told from time to time by his advisor they are working on the car. Three hours later, the tires were never at the dealership and had to be ordered as well as the part for the emissions. He then left with a borrowed car. We were told they were short handed by the assistant manager Joe and that he was unaware tires needed to be replaced. We received the car on the following Tuesday. I’m sorry my experience was not as positive as the other reviews. More
