Overall, the entire experience with Competition BMW has been amazing. There was only one MAJOR exception, and that was regarding the actions of Finance Manager AKIDA WHITE, for which I had to escalate issues to management at the dealership, as well as with BMW North America directly. Fortunately, MIKE KUMAR, the General Manager, resolved all concerns, while my Client Advisor DANNY GOMEZ was supportive and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the issue resolution process. Had it not been for these two key players, who responded to and resolved these issues, I would have in no way ever considered going back to this dealership, completely related to my personal experience with AKIDA WHITE. Long story short, ask for DANNY GOMEZ!! You will not be disappointed!! AND, specifically request to NOT be assigned to AKIDA WHITE IN FINANCE!! Trust me on this, it’s just not worth the risk… More
