Worst experience, was treated badly I moved from NJ recently and always had a great experience with dealers there. First time I had my brake pads and Brake fluids changed and didn't get I moved from NJ recently and always had a great experience with dealers there. First time I had my brake pads and Brake fluids changed and didn't get a loaner...I completely understand its their policy not to give loaners for first time customers. When going in for an oil change a month later, i asked them to check my brakes because it was causing a vibration in the pedal, i was told by the Service advisor that my rotor needs to be changed and also oil gasket needs to be replaced. If you knew that it required a total change why didn't you do it a month back instead of changing pads and rotor a month apart, i wouldn't mind paying extra to get things done the first time itself. It was not even that, it was the careless tone and disrespectful manner in which he spoke, Mr. Service advisor would you have done the same if it was your car? I opened a startup business and was planning to lease a couple vehicles, but no thanks I am willing to travel 80 miles to NJ and lease vehicles from there. More
