Excellent customer service reps Greg Box is pleasant and helpful. My car needed a recall service I was told it would take from Firiday to Monday and he gave me a beautiful brand new Greg Box is pleasant and helpful. My car needed a recall service I was told it would take from Firiday to Monday and he gave me a beautiful brand new X5 fully loadedd car. Unfortunately I am only 4'11"" and this car was way too big for both view and comfort. And safety, as if seat was high enough to see the steering wheel was 3" from me.. There were only 2 loaners available neither good. I took the X5 after a young man Joseph stayed with me until the settings made it reasonable safe for a drive home where I could use a pillow, something I have not had to do since cars have power seats. Joseph should be recognized for his caring and patience. On Saturday Greg called me that he knew I was unhappy with the car size and got my car done in a day. I love my X1 what could have been a unsatisfactory review was offset by Greg and Joseph's help. More
