Fortunately we knew we were interested in the Forester, Consumer Reports top rated compact SUV. I’m not happy with the financial dept for it took them more then 3 weeks to pay off my car(trade-in) when I had given them the money CC-to pay it off. I’m still waiting for the registration for the wrong Vin # was given to DMV. Overall excellent experience except for the paying of trade-in — love my Forester Sports. Checked today,7/24/19 and my trade-in has been paid . Thank You! More
