Overcharged Me - One Month Later, Still No Credit I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I gave them the coupon they sent me for the oil change. When I picked up the car, I didn't look closel I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I gave them the coupon they sent me for the oil change. When I picked up the car, I didn't look closely at my receipt. I noticed a few days later they not only did not honor the coupon price, they actually billed above the published rate. I called them - they apologized profusely. But - one month later, still no check. I called again - they said they will re-submit. Still no check. I called SOA - the agency told the SOA rep that I already called and they will send me a check. How long should I have to wait for a refund to the promised charge? SOA said I should call Finance Department - tried that but calls go to Voicemail. Waiting for a return call. Sorry to say, I am not feeling the love. (I should add that this is my sixth Sube - not sure there will be a 7th) More
