I have been a loyal Subaru customer for the past 18 years and currently own a 2008 Outback Limited and 2018 Outback Limited with Eyesight. I have been getting both cars serviced at Competition Subaru of Smithtown for almost 5 years and I must say the service department is fantastic. In particular, Mary Spira is just wonderful and knows how to take care of her customers. Always a good experience I called Nash the morning of 11/16 to make a last minute appointment as my 2011 Forester was making a grinding and rumbling noise after the snowstorm I called Nash the morning of 11/16 to make a last minute appointment as my 2011 Forester was making a grinding and rumbling noise after the snowstorm on 11/15. He had a loaner car available for me. Chris handled the intake information when I dropped my car off. I also requested some other servicing (oil change and problem with window defroster as I was planning to make an appointment in the next few days). The car was finished by early afternoon. The grinding noise was caused by a large chunk of ice lodged under the drive shaft, and oil change and defroster issue fixed. I have 195,000 miles on the car. All servicing has been done by the Competition team. More
