The only area where we experienced difficulty was with the finance department. We had a 3:00 appointment with Adrian, but we did not sit with him until approximately 5:30. My aunt apparently upset him at the onset of the conversation whereby Adrian felt compelled to tap our conversation. The most important issue was his confusion regarding the finance agreement. We needed to correct the term, but Adrian failed to advise us of the pre-payment which includes full interest. Since Adrian taped the conversation, this should be clear. Yet when we arrived home, we saw that he had highlighted it. In conclusion, our overall experience was exceptional. More
