When it became apparent that the service department needed more time due to the nature of the repair and unforeseen circumstances due to a major electrical problem at the dealership , he made sure that I received a loaner vehicle . Good experience buying a Forester Joseph Giampietro is a personable and experienced salesman. He listened to my questions and helped me to buy the car that met my needs. However his write up of the sale was incomplete in one respect and had to be clarified when I completed the purchase. The review of the car’s functions with Joe when I picked up the car was good but rapid paced and did not demonstrate some of the options for the information display. He did offer to help me if I had any questions or problems with learning the technology. overall a good experience. More
