She could not have been more helpful, and within a short time, we had purchased a 2018 Outback that had EVERYTHING we wanted. for a price we could afford. Cathy is a gem! We went into the showroom on Wednesday, Nov. 1 2017, and were assisted by Sal My wife was in need of a new vehicle and had her heart set on a Subaru. We went into the showroom on Wednesday, Nov. 1 2017, and were assisted by Sales Consultant Jeff Barkan. We explained our needs and he directed us to the Forester. Jeff explained in simple terms the options that were available. He was more than helpful mainly because he didn't try to recommend options we didn't want or need and let the car sell itself. We agreed that we would return on Saturday, Nov 4th to finalize the deal. I have purchased several new cars over the years and thanks to Jeff and Erik, the Business Manager, this was the most stress free and enjoyable buying experience ever. The Service Department gave us a pleasant but unexpected surprise. While we were finalizing the purchase, they installed the remote start that we were given a "We Owe" on. I was expecting to have to return to the dealership at a later date to have it installed but that became unnecessary. Thank you to Jeff, Erik, and the entire staff at Competition Subaru for an outstanding Customer Service experience. More

He laid out the details slowly and clearly which meant a lot to me considering this was my first new car. The price was the better than the others, although not by much. I believe he did the best he could do. The icing on the cake with Norris is that he gave me his personal numbers before we even finalized the deal. He answered my questions on his days off. Picking up my car aster signing was breeze and he was super vigilant when my Sirius trial didn't start on its own. I wouldn't have changed anything with this car buying experience. More
