She was incredably patient while we test drove 3 diffferent cars and talked through every possible different option! Cathy made sure everything went smoothly from the first moment we met her. She went over every inch of the car with me when we picked it up. She explained each option and showed me how to use it!! I couldn't believe how much time she took with us. She is amazng! All of the employees we dealt with at this dealership made sure they took the time to do their job well. Dina Casparini was the first finantial person we have encountered who treated us as individuals, instead of the next nondescript people she had to deal with. This is my 6th Subaru, but it is the first time i feel that no matter how long i own this car i will always be treated like family. More

Completely satisfied! Came in with my daughter to look at a used car we saw on line. Ron Elten actually helped us decide that was not the car for her..
