After deciding on a selection and realizing the car we needed was not locally available, Jeff proceeded to go above and beyond by finding a car in another state and having it transported here at no additional charge. Jeff was never pushy, made thoughtful suggestions and let the deal close itself. When the car was delivered on a day we could only arrive late, Jeff stayed after hours and took lots of time with my daughter to familiarize her with every aspect of her new car. We already know Erik back then since he was still in Dodge-Jeep dealership in Medford, so when we saw him at Subaru the day we are looking for a new car we didn't hesitate to make a deal with him because we know we are with a professional and honest guy.
