First of all booking an appointment does not seem very binding: arrived on time , no cars on the "by-appointment" , one car on the "walk-ins" service lines; greeted by somebody just to tell me that "somebody" will get back to me, two more times people walked-by asking me if I needed help and I explained I was waiting to be checked-in, it took 20 minutes to get the attention of "somebody" initiating the check-in process. Time is important for everybody, if the crew is on a lunch-break, I would suggest to block the appointments timeslots on the application handling the booking. Second point: on top of the service needed (a routine one), I mentioned to the service advisor a "one of a kind" occurrence to the electronics in the car failing and apparently resetting on me (display saying "Please contact your service dealership immediately") , the nature of which could have been potentially an hazard. Unfortunately there was no follow up nor explanation on the troubleshooting followed to determine that unique incident was an inconsequential one-of-a-kind, issue. I guess the car firmware was checked against possible revision updates, but nothing was communicated back to the car owner. Tire pressure stated to be checked and set to 33psi, 12 days later all tires turned out to be at 30/31 psi or less with low tire pressure alert signal popping out in the dashboard; as if the check was never done. It is not a big issue, I consider that just an indication of poor attention to details. I certainly like Concord Honda and this will not tarnish the consideration I have for them. This is just a friendly feedback to help improve certain aspects of the service provided. Overall "front desk people" appear very friendly and genuinely willing to help. More
NOT IMPRESSED! Took my 2019 Insight in for what I feel is a manufacturer’s defect. Nothing major a part of the front end sticks out and will not stay fastened. But if I’m going to pay 30K I want the vehicle a manufacturer’s defect. Nothing major a part of the front end sticks out and will not stay fastened. But if I’m going to pay 30K I want the vehicle to not have defects, and if they do I expect the dealer to stand behind their product. This dealer does none of the above, the first time I brought it in they told me it was because I had hit something while parking, which is laughable. How fast does one pull into a parking spot and they assume I pull in which is rarely, I. back in. The second time they said they took the entire front end off and reassembled and that it was fine. When I picked it up it was EXACTLY. as it was when I dropped it off. Lazy mechanics, poor customer service. I will not be taking my car back to these crackpots, nor will I be recommending them to anyone. I have heard this same story from many people since then wish I had heard this before taking my car in. Save yourself the headaches and frustration and stay as far away from this dealer as possible More

Great Service! Went in to look at what cars they had to offer for purchase for my 19 year old daughter. It was her 1st car dealer purchase. She was extremely picky and indecisive, and took about 3 weeks to decide. Luckily, we got Greg! He was so amazing to work with!!! Has the patience of a saint, and I can guarantee that if we are looking to purchase another car, we are going back to him!!! More

Overall good! The process took way longer than expected but they were also busy. Was offered water, coffee, food which was nice. Felt a little rushed when my trade-in was taken to be valued. Every day occurrence there, but for me this could be a one every 10 years thing, and emotional attachments to that vehicle exist. Financing was fine, but also was just a process to push through it, rather than talking to me about lenders I may want to have, they obviously pushed Honda as the financier but at an APR that was the same as the one I was offered from another company. The car could’ve had a better detailing done to it, as it had some dirty glass that I had to clean, and a foul smell which I’m still trying to get rid of. But it’s a beautiful car, and I’m excited to drive it! More
