The service advisor needs to be a little more professional when talking with customers. Initially, she booked my appointment at 3:30 pm. I had to postpone it to 4:30 pm later by calling their off professional when talking with customers. Initially, she booked my appointment at 3:30 pm. The next day when I showed up for servicing she insisted "I told you to come at 3:30 pm as I have to order parts before 4:00 pm". Sergio does not know how to operate a phone. When the call came in that the car was finished, my husband called him back because he had some questions for Sergio. We took our new Civic in because the tires pressure low indicator was on. The mechanic found a small nail in one of the tires. He took it out and the tire was ok.
