Discovered the Solaris on line and sent an Email. The following morning, I was contacted by a staff member and invited to come see the Solaris. My location is Sacramento CA, Solaris was in concord. I The following morning, I was contacted by a staff member and invited to come see the Solaris. My location is Sacramento CA, Solaris was in concord. I arrived around 11:30. Reception was kind enough to allow me a bathroom break after my long drive. Here is where it gets weird. Staff had no idea who called me. Staff informed me that the Solaris was NOT READY! I insisted and staff allowed me to view and start Solaris. In short, Solaris was a, “Diamond In The Rough”. Staff members were clearly caught unprepared. Staff worked really hard to make a deal happen! We worked out a bargain, documents were exchanged and I was informed the the Solaris would be ready for delivery by the end of the following day. This was just an old car in the back of the lot. Yet, the staff being caught off guard really came through for me. I will highly recommend Concord Toyota to my friends and associates. Great staff.
