I'm glad I made him slow down when he was scrolling very quickly through the numbers page. There was an extra $1000 charge for this "free" warranty. After finding this, his demeanor changed drastically and I felt like he was treating me as an inconvenience. The detailing team did not fill out the checklist in the glovebox. When going through it myself at home, I found one tire to be 4psi lower than the rest and I had to inflate it myself. I am concerned that other things were not checked that are on the checklist, and that when I find an issue later it will be my fault somehow because they never tested it initially. More

Daniel was great at getting us answers even when the same car we were purchasing was not on the lot yet. Price was super competitive!
