Gerald Ervin was my service adviser today. He checked me in quickly and advised me on the maintenance required for my Rav4 (60,000 miles). Waiting area was spotless and coffee machine a bonus. Upon checko in quickly and advised me on the maintenance required for my Rav4 (60,000 miles). Waiting area was spotless and coffee machine a bonus. Upon checkout, Gerald updated me on what was done and what would be needed next time around (brake pads). Greeter and cashier were super nice and personable. Overall I am very happy with this dealership. It's about a half hour from where I live but the drive is worth it. I missed my original appointment (my error, I thought it was next week) and received a call from the dealership that afternoon to reschedule. Customer service at its finest. More
