10k checkin for my new car. Didn’t rotate the tire as promised. Oil plug loose after two weeks. Extremely disappointed . Now two weeks later I noticed a car was leaking oil on my newly power washed sealed driveway. After getting more and more oil on my driveway I jacked up the Prius and saw the drain plug was loose. I am hoping that this loose drain plug was not malicious due to my complaint. In any case I am wondering what type of people work at this dealership. More

We also inquired about shuttle service to pick me up from home (only about 2 miles away), but we received no response. No answers to phone calls and no response to E-mail. I waited all day, and around one hour before their business closing time, I decided to go there by myself to pick up my car. The inside and outside of the car was not cleaned up, and there was some trash left in the car. To be fair, the service advisor (Gerald E.) was helpful initially, but he turned out to be unresponsive after I left the car there. Maybe he was occupied with other tasks, but I became increasingly disappointed. In the past, I had been mostly impressed by their service, but.... On the positive side I highly commend the service technician for his ability to resolve my initial issues. More
