The new cars to choose from were there waiting for me, so all I had to do was select the model for me. No issues what so ever on the return of the leased car. The car salesman, Dalton, was very well acquainted with the Toyota cars and went over every detail of the new car I selected. Dalton was fun to work with and I enjoyed working with him. However, when we were working with the financial person, Tony, I did not feel comfortable. He made several comments that were inappropriate and none of his business. I even got the feeling he does not like working with women. I did lease another Toyota. It is a great car for my driving needs. More

No one is getting back to me. I setup a major maintenance coming up and checked off the part online to have someone call me when I was making the appointment. I have questions about a major service maintenance and I can't get anyone to call back, that's just very poor on the communication level - at this point I'm not even sure I'm going to bring my car there if they won't answer questions....?!
