Good service took Highlander in for oil change and air filter replacement. Took about 1.5 hours. Only issue that popped up was - it was a hot day, in the 90s. However, when I drove the car later, the temperature display inside car only read 77 degrees! I called and left a message to service dept - but did not get a call back for 6 hours. At hottest point of day, 97 degrees, I ran an errand and the temp display read 111 degrees. After driving for about 30-45 minutes the display finally dropped to 99. I figure the service tech must have knocked something while installing the filters. I'll still keep an eye on it to make sure this wild fluctuation doesn't recur. Never had it happen in 11 years. Not happy that we weren't called back in a reasonable time. I am happy that they got rid of the pushy service folks that you talk to when dropping car off. I know what I need when I come for service. I don't need other expensive services pushed on me. Gerald was good to work with. More
Worth the DRIVE ! We drove 160 miles to look at a 2017 Toyota Highlander Platinum Limited , which by the way was as described "Beautiful" but after being at the Toyota We drove 160 miles to look at a 2017 Toyota Highlander Platinum Limited , which by the way was as described "Beautiful" but after being at the Toyota Dealership for a few hours we realized we could purchase a brand new Highlander Limited ,NO miles, our choice of color, etc. for not that much more $$$$ . Craig Selbach was an outstanding salesman and may I add Patient and most important NOT pushy. Complete opposite for our area of state. We would do it again. More

Ask for Daric as he is very personable and informative in the service they perform. We always take our Toyota's there and when I purchase my next Toyota which will be my fourth I will go there. More

My car was in for a 10K check-up and I have a maintenance plan so there were no “cash” transactions. The shuttle service was an added bonus! The only reason I subtracted a star is because it took 4 hours. The car wash at the end was the cherry on the cake. More
Excellent Service, Friendly GM and Staff! Sam, Nelson, and Angel were awesome to work with. They took good care of me by bringing a car from another one of Sonic's lots in SF to Concord. Sam and it detailed for me before I test drove it with him. He was very friendly and kind. Nelson was very calm and cool.... there was no pressure, no stress. Angel is a contract rockstar. He knows exactly what he's doing and gets you through the process as quickly as possible while making sure to point out all of the key features. I will refer others to Concord Toyota in the future. It was well worth the drive from Chico. Thank you!! More

Oil Change Recently had an Oil Change and the Service Rep called and said I had a nail in one tire and a dry rot crack in another tire. Ask if I wanted the one Recently had an Oil Change and the Service Rep called and said I had a nail in one tire and a dry rot crack in another tire. Ask if I wanted the one tire repaired and replace the other. I said these tires are not that old and I wanted to take it to the tire store who I have done business with for 20 years and are very reliable. I took it to the tire store and they put it on the rack and showed me where there was no nail or dry rot. Never had this happen before at this dealership and made me very distrusting. I know many times folks take the word of the Rep without checking it out. Makes you wonder if this has happened with more serious claims. More
Bad Negotiations My wife and I visited this dealership a few weeks ago after driving 2 hours to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles, we found the vehicle perfect o My wife and I visited this dealership a few weeks ago after driving 2 hours to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles, we found the vehicle perfect on made a fair offer. The dealership and sales associate Dalton never budged or counter offered from their listed price. I certainly do not excpect a dealership to loose money or give away a vehicle, but I found their tactics and negotiations insincere and not in good faith. If they had advertised the vehicle and price as a “No Haggle” price then I would have been prepared, but listing a vehicles “asking price” and then not even coming down a couple hundred bucks was incompetent at best and borderline fraudulent at worst. I recommend avoiding this delarship and glad to say we paid a little more for certified pre owned vehicle at Vacaville Kia. Much better experience and competent staff. More
