Concord Toyata perfromed a multi-point inspection that covered all the important areas needed to be reviewed. The staff was professional and friendly and they did not charge me for the service - which I was quite surprised to discover. I will happily bring my car back whenever it needs any service - knowing that the Concord dealership conducts itself with pride and is customer focused in it's dealings with the public. Service was good, but I brought my Prius in for a factory recall. It was very easy to make the appointment and one was available in just a couple days. I arrived a bit before the scheduled time and had to wait about 10 minutes to get checked in because many others were also dropping off their vehicles. The disappointing part was that I then had to wait a full hour before there was a shuttle to drop me off at my work site. On the other end though they picked me up within 10 minutes to bring me back to the dealership. More
