That said, the overall leasing experience was disappointing. I was quoted and agreed to specific numbers over the phone after communicating my needs and giving them permission to run my credit. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the agreed-upon deal was no longer possible. Nothing about my credit or circumstances had changed, yet the terms suddenly did. Textbook bait-and-switch. The lack of transparency around this shift was concerning which ultimately resulted in me having to Uber back home. Customers looking for clear communication and honesty may find better service elsewhere. More
