I delivered our Nissan at 8 AM for service. I gave Rep #1 my cell phone #, and sat in the lobby. My wife called, and said they were trying to contact me for new break pads. At 12:15 I spoke to Rep #2 who sen my cell phone #, and sat in the lobby. My wife called, and said they were trying to contact me for new break pads. At 12:15 I spoke to Rep #2 who sent me home with a Lyft Ride. Why didn’t they call my name out in the lobby? We picked up the car late afternoon. A FRUSTRATING experience!!! More

My experience here was honestly top notch. When I first pulled up I didn’t know where to park, as the entire lot was full. Farid helped me find a place to park & was very friendly & genuine. I thought he was in service at first rather than sales because his friendliness was so genuine. Farid was the one who I worked with the most & he was very kind & helpful - as I came in with a walker because I had sprained both of my ankles. He held open doors for me since I couldn’t do it myself & helped me put my walker in the car. I had come fairly late in the evening & Farid stayed late to make sure I was satisfied. When I decided on the car & was making the purchase, a nice man named Dave congratulated me several times & was also helping me with doors & such. He was very happy & had a positive energy about him. Dave also helped give me some great advice on my credit & explained some things about my credit to me in a way I understood. I also worked with Jeff when signing the contract & had a positive experience with him too. My sister works in the car business & she told me that with how much I was putting down that I would not need GAP insurance so I shouldn’t let anyone bully me into getting it. Jeff said straight up that I didn’t need GAP insurance because I put so much down. So I felt he was honest from the get go & that made me feel much more comfortable about signing the papers. I had an excellent experience all around but I feel that Farid & Dave went above & beyond to make my experience the best experience. They were friendly, professional, helpful, genuine, honest, positive, & explained things to me very well. Buying a car can be extremely stressful & because of Farid, Dave, & Jeff I did not feel stressed at all. I would give a 10/10 rating to my experience & I will be referring family & friends to Concordville Nissan. Thank you again to Farid, Dave, & Jeff. I appreciate all of your help. More
