One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with the service department at Concordville Nissan. Although, I scheduled my oil change appointment weeks in advance, I had to wait over 94 minutes f with the service department at Concordville Nissan. Although, I scheduled my oil change appointment weeks in advance, I had to wait over 94 minutes for my vehicle. During that time, no matter where I sat, the WiFi would not work. I specifically took my computer to complete work during the oil change. Also, I was sent a text message with the recommended work for my vehicle as opposed to being talked to my a service representative. They also indicated that my vehicle was run through detail on the way out and my car had the same stuff on the outside as before it entered. A well below the standard visit. If this continues, I will find another place for my vehicle. More

I asked about various issues with the front sensor, cruise control not working and condensation on the internal windshield. Absolutely no response except they were checking on the sensor warranty.
