Scheduled service 2 weeks ahead of time. Requested a rental car. Called the day before to confirm and after 2 phone calls was told there were no cars available. My salesman Ken overheard the conversatio rental car. Called the day before to confirm and after 2 phone calls was told there were no cars available. My salesman Ken overheard the conversation on the dealers end and went to bat to provide me with a car. The service department did not do anything to make this happen. More
