My recent service visit went very well. I had inquired about having my vehicle completed by a certain time due to scheduling. My service checkout was superb. The new location was nicer and brighter to complete the processing. I was greeted outside offsetting any confusion and my bill was processed quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with the entire encounter from the initial scheduling to picking up my vehicle. More

Coming from work I hit a piece of metal that fell off a truck on the expressway. My tire was SHREDDED. I called another Nissan dealership that wasn’t accommodating and didn’t seem to care. Disappointed that technician missed the parking brake problem while the rear brakes were being replaced causing a 1 - 2 day delay to remove rear brake assemblies again to fix problem.
