It is always a pleasure to work with the staff at Concordville Nissan. I have purchased two cars from them in the last three years. I have been very happy with the vehicles. I was there for an oil change and car wash was told it would be an hour 1/2 for such a simple Service. I have been to other dealerships where that Service is completed within 30mins. I needed additional would be an hour 1/2 for such a simple Service. I have been to other dealerships where that Service is completed within 30mins. I needed additional Service which double my wait time. 3 hrs later my car was ready. I will really reconsider bringing my car here for general service especially since you don't offer free rentals. Maybe I'm spoiled from Infiniti level of Service but it maybe worth driving a few miles down the road. More

Although I believe the issue we had should have been picked up on prior to purchase (vehicle was purchased and driven for 2 days and had electrical/battery/no start 5x) the service department was ext picked up on prior to purchase (vehicle was purchased and driven for 2 days and had electrical/battery/no start 5x) the service department was extremely customer friendly and sent someone to pick vehicle up and drop off loaner which we greatly appreciate. Crossing fingers this was a small glitch and we will be happy moving forward. More

Started off as a simple transaction but hit some bumps over NJ vs PA tax regulations as well a change to the agreed upon down payment and monthly payment as transaction was completed in 2 days. All that said the disappointment came from the fact we had car 2 days before it spent 2 days in shop for a known Nissan issued service bulletin that IMO should have been picked up on prior to sale given how many times it occurred in the 48 hours we had vehicle. Additionally left messages for sale person who never returned mine or my wife’s call. More
