Matt did a fantastic job coordinating my service with the insurance company. When the claim stalled, he persisted and they finally paid. The service person was very nice. They explained my brakes passed inspection but was at the lowest caliber. I gave the ok to replace them at about approximately 12:30, it was not completed until 4:30. brakes passed inspection but was at the lowest caliber. I will have to decide long and hard if I’ll let them do spur of the moment work again, but probably not. More
