Farid was great. The office staff was disorganized and inefficient. We arrived at the dealership at 1:30 and did not leave until 6:45. The vast majority of our time there was spend waiting to sign paperwo inefficient. We arrived at the dealership at 1:30 and did not leave until 6:45. The vast majority of our time there was spend waiting to sign paperwork. Jeff was clearly frustrated being the only person in the dealership doing finance. Once we were finally able to meet with Jeff he did not have the correct trade in value from the office and was unable to access the credit card machine as the dealership had already closed. We are happy with our new car, but the experience was terrible. Farid is the only reason this is not a lesser star rating. More

Bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder that had no floor mats, less than a quarter tank of gas in it, and a tire that needed replaced within the first week. Went back to dealership with these concerns and got no less than a quarter tank of gas in it, and a tire that needed replaced within the first week. I was very impressed by how much the service manager cared about me and my care. My car leaked oil after an oil change . When I called about it, the service department sent a truck to take my car to the cared about me and my care. My car leaked oil after an oil change . The service manager even came to my house to get the oil off of my garage floor. That is what I call service! I really feel like a valued customer. More
