Upon entering, Moe, the sales manager, greeted us with a smile and and a handshake, and then even recognized me from having my previous car serviced there (which I did not purchase there). Long story short, they were both very patient with us as we deliberated on whether or not we really want to make the leap to a new vehicle, and it really was much deliberation because we were attached to our car...but it was time. They let us make up our own minds with minimal interruption, and for that we truly appreciate their professionalism and their overall service. In the end we did get not only what we wanted, but what we needed as well. More

We walked around the used car lot for about 20 minutes before any asked if we needed help. When we asked to test drive a car it took another 29 minutes to get the keys because the system was down. However while we were in the showroom discussing rates, one of the managers started yelling very loudly to one of the employees. He was too loud and very obnoxious. It put a damper on the excitement of getting a new car. The same manager later in the evening started ranting again. I was uncomfortable being there. If I hadn't been so close to finalizing the deal I would have walked out. Also, I was quoted one percentage rate for financing but got a different rate. I felt if you can't guarantee a rate don't quote it. More

Purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester, my sales associate was Danielle. The sales associates are all very friendly, patient and not pushy. However, the actual negotiation process / trade-in appraisal was a little bit more frustrating than I would have liked, but then again car shopping is never quite as enjoyable as you'd like. After we agreed on the price, which overall was reasonable, the rest of the process was easy and painless - the finance department is thorough, professional and efficient and I left with an excellent financing package (which was not with Subaru at all). Danielle stayed with us the whole process and was able to answer any questions we had, and took the time to point out car features and describe available accessories. The car was delivered with no problems, and with the mileage expected. Danielle stayed in touch after I drove off, and had the permanent vehicle plates over-nighted to me out of state. She also made sure I received a prompt refund, and had that over-nighted to me as well. Overall, I was satisfied with this dealership and its staff, and I would recommend that people talk to Danielle first when looking at their Subarus. More

I inquired about several of the used vehicles on the lot, and he didn't pull any punches and told me exactly the information I needed to know about every vehicle. He was very patient with me while I test drove a few vehicles and made my decision as to what I wanted. I was very fortunate to step into a 2007 Honda Civic Si, which I quickly fell in love with and I knew it was the car for me. Zachary made all of the paperwork as painless as possible, and kept me entertained during the brief periods of time when I had to wait for something. Another reason that this dealership appealed to me so much was that they were willing to work with me. I'm in the military and unfortunately at the time I was car shopping, I was soon getting ready to leave for my permanent duty station halfway across the country. Concordville Nissan and Subaru was willing to find a way to ship my vehicle for me so that I could still get what I wanted. Some dealerships would have told me to walk, but the staff here was so much better than that.
