The showroom was spotless and all of the staff we dealt with from Brett to Zac to Ed to the gentleman who dealt with the financing were exceptional! They were friendly and very polite. Brett took time to explain all the features of our new car. Perhaps you are thinking, well that is his job! But trust me, our last car purchase was a horrendous experience and they could not explain any of the features (a Honda dealership). Should we need another car, or anyone we know need a car, we will definitely send them to Concordville Nissan. Thank you for the opportunity to praise this dealership! More

Misrepresentation and ‘bait & switch’ tactics. Applied for a 2023 white sentra signed papers and given a 2021 gray rogue with over 40,000 miles. It was dirty had no floor mats & sensors did not work. No carfax report was given to her. I will send this to corporate as well of taking advantage of a young girl with a learning diisability. Her parents corrected this the next day but it never should have happened. Our extended family has purchased from you over 30 cars in the past 15 years. We will not be back. More
