Prior to coming into look at a vehicle, the female receptionists were extremely pleasant over the phone and answered every question I had, e the way. I came in the next day and was welcomed by the manager JC and salesperson Hiep. Both were very friendly and made the process much more enjoyable. Then I met the finance specialist Eddie Somers, and at first the numbers weren’t exactly where I wanted to be, but he made me extremely comfortable in understanding certain reasons for things, and did everything in his power to try and help me out as much as he could and he’s extremely personable. I’m a sales manager so customer experience is very important to me, and I was was extremely satisfied with everything. 10/10 experience and would recommend this place to others customers any chance I get.
