We first walked on the car lot at 1:15pm, drove the vehicle and returned by 1:50pm and left the dealership at 5:40pm. We worked with Nate Elliott who is a financial services manager. I 100% recommend working with him. He is nice, polite, patient and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He answered all of our questions, explained why he gave you the answer and then asked if we understood what he was explaining. He was personable and chatted with us while the paperwork was being done. He offered us a great deal and explained each part of the contract. He never pushed us to sign and gave us some privacy to discuss everything before we gave him an answer. I think the best way I can explain how well he did is to let you know that we meant what we said when we told him he has a customer for life. More
Horrible, took days to get back any information at all and wasn’t even accurate information. They kept saying I would get a call back but never did, I called 5 mins before they closed after the 2nd day be and wasn’t even accurate information. They kept saying I would get a call back but never did, I called 5 mins before they closed after the 2nd day because I didn’t want to wait a 3rd., i specifically asked to look at the steering column and got charged for trying to program keys. I was told I was missing an ignition lock when I wasn’t so basically a waste of time to take it here. And I said my keys were new so not sure why keys would be programmed. And the ignition lock cylinder if it were missing is located where I stated, behind the steering column, so it would have taken nothing but 10 mins to get the panels off and see that it were missing and there would have been no necessity to attempt to program keys. More
