I guess if you are going to buy a car you "might" get excellent service. (Over probably at least 25 years we had purchased or leased many, many Nissans and Subaru's from Concordville Nissan) We moved fro excellent service. (Over probably at least 25 years we had purchased or leased many, many Nissans and Subaru's from Concordville Nissan) We moved from PA to FL four years ago and I had a very unusual situation where I was trying to payoff my vehicle I leased in PA but living in FL dealers can put a dealer fee of up to $3000 on top of the payoff and tax, title transfer, etc.. In PA it is illegal for a dealer to put these fees on a lease payoff so I reached out to a manager, Ryan E and explained my entire situation and who said he could definitely help me out but of course that was a lie. He transferred me to a Salesperson Brandon who worked up some numbers for a new Murano which were the highest I even had received here in FL. A good $200 more per month for the exact same car in FL. Telling Brandon this was way more than I wanted to spend and asked if we could just try to do the payoff which is why I had originally called in the first place. The next day he texted to tell me they could not help me at all. I again called Ryan who I had initially called and left a long message and asked again for help and a return call which of course I never received. So forget just being nice, grateful for being a loyal customer if you are not going to buy another car and forget anything else you may need help with. Very, very disappointing!! More
Go somewhere else if you can. I took my car in for diagnostics and repairs and I got it back with something new broken and they didn't even fix the defective seat belt warning light.
