I need to start by saying that if I could give Concordville Nissan more than five stars, I absolutely would. My husband and I brought our two kids (under one and a seven year old) an HOUR to this Concordville Nissan more than five stars, I absolutely would. My husband and I brought our two kids (under one and a seven year old) an HOUR to this dealership for a car that we have been considering purchasing for over a year now. I'm sure you can now envision all of the things that could go wrong with this experience. Not one of them happened. During our initial phone call to the dealership we spoke with Ashley, who was very diligent on finding out the status of the car we were calling about. When we got to the dealership we met Ashley who introduced us to our salesman, Victor. Not only was he incredibly kind, forthcoming, and transparent during our whole interaction, but NOT ONCE did he (or anyone else at the dealership) see our kids as a nuisance, even as we arrived with a walker in tow. The finance manager, Jeff was patient during the signing process as we navigated the new-again parent challenges of signing a paper while holding a sleeping baby. The whole purchasing process was incredibly seamless- exactly the opposite of your typical car shopping with kids experience. This was the first Nissan that my husband and I purchased, but with the service that we experienced at Concordville, I think we have just become lifelong customers. More

Terribly SLOW service. Dropped car off at 11:30; called at 2:30 to see if done (inspection , tire rotation, oil change. ). Was put off but was dropped off shortly thereafter at the dealership. My bet is t at 2:30 to see if done (inspection , tire rotation, oil change. ). Was put off but was dropped off shortly thereafter at the dealership. My bet is that they didn’t start working on it until I called. Finally got out of there a little before 4. Last time I was in it was also very slow. This time just 2 people In the waiting room. Lots of employees milling around kind of aimlessly. I was furious by the time I left. Must find another dealership because it is just too frustrating dealing with Concordville. Didn’t catch anybody’s name as no one left a good impression. Was not offered the complimentary wash. More
