My Kicks was due for oil change and tire rotation. I asked about the battery. They checked it and all was fine. It would be really nice if the would vacuum when done. Everyone is always professional. I had hit a pit hole and my rim had a small dent! I was told I needed a new rim! $975.00 ???? Really? My Nissan is a 2020. I had better service at Mastria Nissan in raynham Massachusetts. I always buy Nis told I needed a new rim! $975.00 ???? Really? My Nissan is a 2020. I had better service at Mastria Nissan in raynham Massachusetts. I always buy Nissan but I may change this when my lease is over! The rim was repairable for $125.00 welded! I’m happy! But not with Nissan. I also had a 1:30 appointment and my car wasn’t even taken in for service until 2:20pm. Ugh 😑 More

They went above and beyond the call of service. The service team did everything in their power to ensure that my issue was resolved! The service assistant Pat search high and low to make sure I had acc service team did everything in their power to ensure that my issue was resolved!
