Service center did a very poor job of communicating back, I had call them several times, they never oncecalled me back in all 3 days, not even with a quote. It was just text to me. They kept my car in shop I had call them several times, they never oncecalled me back in all 3 days, not even with a quote. It was just text to me. The driver’s side carpet and door area were soiled when I picked up the car. There was no protective paper floor mats. It was a rainy day. The young lady and gentleman at the service desk sent the car ba picked up the car. There was no protective paper floor mats. It was a rainy day. Brought it in for inspection and was told it couldn’t be done due to engine light issue. They fixed and Had to reschedule the appt.
