My car was there for almost 2 weeks and I never received a call with an update - I always had to call myself to ask for an update. Many times, my service advisor was unavailable and I was told I’d get a ret a call with an update - I always had to call myself to ask for an update. Many times, my service advisor was unavailable and I was told I’d get a return call and I never did. When I dropped my car off, it was hardly running. After 2 weeks, they told me they found no issues with it, that it was running fine. I picked it up in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I took it to another Nissan dealership a few days later and they found many issues and quickly fixed the problems. I would not return to this location. More
