He was able to work with multiple customers at the same time and from what I could see is that he was able to give top notch service to all! I have found a great car at a great deal! Great Overall Csutomer Experience I just purchased a new CRV; during the purchasing cycle I had a point of contention. The Conicelli team couldn't do enough to ensure I was satisfied. Not every interaction anywhere is initially ideal; however, service recovery and getting satisfaction as the end result is what counts. Rude Customer Service Once Conicelli heard that my father was not leasing another vehicle from their dealership they couldn't have been more RUDE. My mother passed away and Once Conicelli heard that my father was not leasing another vehicle from their dealership they couldn't have been more RUDE. My mother passed away and my dad was returning her car-WAY UNDER MILES and in perfect condition. They told him they needed her signature...really?!?! They told him in order to turn it in the need all of this legal paperwork. They made him spend the day jumping through hoops all to find out the day he did turned it in that none of that extra work was necessary. He lost his wife of 45+ years and was asked to prove it to them. Never will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone and never will I ever use them again myself. Please take the extra time to research another dealership in the area who will treat you better than them! More

should have just gone to my local garage My service needs were basic and it took about 2 hours and cost significantly more than I expected. My fiancé had the same service done for $9 somewher My service needs were basic and it took about 2 hours and cost significantly more than I expected. My fiancé had the same service done for $9 somewhere else and mine was $53. The facility felt dirty and workers were unprofessional. I expected genuine Honda service that I received at Pottstown Honda and was sorely disappointed. Definitely Not going back. More

I came prepared with specific cars from the internet. I took a test drive and loved the car. We haggled over my trade but came to terms. I came in with my own financing. Mr Horne offered his. Due to a mixed up he started a new credit application instead of continuing my approved app and my credit union rejected the purchase. (Since a new app was entered it was rejected due to appearing that I wanted two cars) He found other financing which actually turned out to be a lower rate. The service offer by Ron Horne was excellent. Thank you. When I came in three days later to pick up my spare key, I found that a recall bulletin was issued for my car. It stated that this fix/update needed to be completed prior to selling the vehicle. Service completed the update. I was told that the Sales personnel are not informed of these bulletins. I am glad it does not appear to be serious, but all staff should know about recalls especially those in the Sales department. More

Taking the extra MILE! Tim cared about what we were getting into payment wise and knew about Hondas quality. We wanted a civic and he did not offer any other car. We have our first lease (Honda civic LX) and he did not try to push the Civic EX aka more expensive. He even Helped me understand my 2010 Honda Civic and I didn't even get it there! You can tell he cared about his customers not about his sales or money! More
