Taking the extra MILE! Tim cared about what we were getting into payment wise and knew about Hondas quality. We wanted a civic and he did not offer any other car. We have our first lease (Honda civic LX) and he did not try to push the Civic EX aka more expensive. He even Helped me understand my 2010 Honda Civic and I didn't even get it there! You can tell he cared about his customers not about his sales or money! More

First time car buyers BEWARE!! I am shocked that they have such a high rating!... Hopefully my cautionary tale prevents my experience from happening to anyone one else. Like man I am shocked that they have such a high rating!... Hopefully my cautionary tale prevents my experience from happening to anyone one else. Like many I did some research before going in. I brought my Aunt with me for back up, but asked her to wait for me until I needed her. My primary focus was rate/ cost as I wanted to finance. I wanted very little out of the car as I knew it would be used. Black, SUV, media console with park assist and Nav. He found one, and after some back and forth I was ready to move forward, but then he showed me another car. The rates and prices started to jumble and he kept asking that I stay off my phone (off of their website) and focus on the offer he was going to give me, it was the best deal. He went and got my Aunt out of the waiting area, they started talking about cars for her. He left to show her a car and suggested I call to get info on the insurance on both cars to help with decision making. When he left I was confused. My train of thought now shifted and I had then realized that I had been there for over 3 hours! He came back and said that if I didn't take his deal then we should part as friends, and to have a good night. I was asking him to start over from a place where I understood what was happening and he quietly asked me just to chose the car I like best and that he would draw the paperwork. It was on of those politely hurt you moments. He completes the paperwork with out me and calls me in to sign briefly goes over what I am signing while I struggle to read thoroughly. I caught a mistake! He shrugs and says, "My bad, I knew you would see that, so I'm gonna offer you discount on the warranty pkg, If I have to do this all over again we can just say good night!" *This is when I should have left* I didn't, he said he was the finance specialist and he knew what would and wouldn't work. I believed he had my best interest. I was tired, hungry and ready to leave. He said bye as I got in the car. I drove off only to find out two blocks later that the car had a full screen with no NAV! So I went back to the website to find out if it was just me who did not know how to access it properly - and found out that the asking price was 2k less than what I paid!!! Most likely because it has no Nav! Long story shorter... When I came to return the car for what I asked for he sarcastically asked me, "Did you sign that contract? Did I force your hand?" "It was at my discretion to offer that price and its too late now!" So I politely asked to speak with someone else. There's no way this is happening right now! And so he led me to his mgr and sat behind me while his manger- with out asking me what happened. PA state law says no guarantees on cars unless you are over 60! They offered me a free oil change for a car they just gave me and a detailed wash. I sat in that dealership feeling not like a person, but a victim of a first car buying nightmare, as they took 1 hour and 43 mins to detail the car. More

Worked hard for us My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Conicelli Honda. We had asked to give us an experienced sales person and they set us up with Ron. Ron was very polite and did not push us for a deal at first. He understood our needs and price range. Ron hustled from lot to lot in the hot weather to show us the vans that best suited us. We were close to buying a Honda Odyssey but wanted to check out other dealerships. AFter about an hour and a half we told Ron we'd like to think about it. We came back a week later and Ron showed us a few other vans. We ended up with a 2013 Odyssey. Ron saved us a few bucks and we were very pleased. More

He also went out of his way to make me happy with my car purchase, making sure I was comfortable through the whole process. He wasn't pushy, but cared about what I could afford and liked. After getting approved for a loan very late in the afternoon with my bank, my check wasn't available until the next morning. The Conicelli team was patient and it didn't interfere with my purchase, they worked with me to make it happen. I would recommend this place, especially Ron, to buy a car. After this good experience, my husband is going to buy his car here as well:-) Thanks Ron! I ?? my new CRV! More
