I love Conicelli Honda! I recently moved away from the area, and took my car to another Honda dealership, and while I will not state my issues here with the other dealership, I recently moved away from the area, and took my car to another Honda dealership, and while I will not state my issues here with the other dealership, I will provide my comments about the excellent service I have had and continue to receive when I bring my vehicle to Conicelli Honda. I love that when you make an appointment, they are actually very prompt, and efficient, and the wait time is very short. They actually work on your car when promised. The cashier is extremely friendly, and always asks if there are any questions or concerns with the bill. The costs for repairs here are extremely reasonable. The team of guys who assist you when you walk in are great. They acknowledge you immediately, and make sure that they ask you if there is anything additional that you need other than the reason you made an appointment. I am so glad that I moved back to this area and can continue to take my car to Conicelli Honda! These guys are the best! More

Paul and I had a couple of e-mail exchanges before I visited the shop because I had questions about a few used cars they were advertising then. This was the first car which I was going to buy entirely for myself, and furthermore, I am not a native speaker of English, so I was a little apprehensive about talking to the agent, but Paul made the purchasing process very easy and comfortable for me. He was conscientious, patient, kind, and never pushed me into anything which I couldn't decide quickly. I am very happy about my Fit, which he recommended to me. I should also mention that my experience with Conicelli's service department has been very positive as well. Fortunately, I haven't had any problem with my Fit so far, and I just finished the second annual inspection at Conicelli recently. The service department staff is always courteous and at the same time, very professional. They seem to be very well organized and to work in a systematized way, so I can trust their work. Although the location of the shop is a little far from where I live, I have no intention to switch to a nearer shop. More

I was pretty set on a CR-V and my husband wanted to spend a little less and possible get a sedan, like a Civic or Accord. We were searching for a car for myself and with 2 kids, Ron could see that a sedan was out of the question and didn't even waste our time looking at them. We told him we were paying with a personal check and would not be financing and no issue whatsoever. I read and heard a lot of the dealerships will pressure you to finance because they get a better commission off the sale but not at Conicelli. Ron was extremely thorough with showing me all the capabilities of the SUV and my husband just stayed inside with the kids. You could tell Ron wanted to make sure that my husband also liked the vehicle since we were dropping a pretty penny on it and it was nice to know that he wanted both of us to be completely satisfied with our purchase. Ron was juggling a few a customers at once but not once did we feel neglected. Everyone is they're Used/Certified department was welcoming and helpful. We were able to drive off with our car just about 3 hours after we walked in. This was our first real car buying experience and have heard how for the most part can be a real pain and terrible. Conicelli is truly about making sure their customers are taken care of and when we are ready to buy another vehicle, we will head right on back to Conicelli and see Ron. More

Repeat buyer I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Pilot from Nate Simon at Conicelli, this is the second vehicle I've gotten from the dealership. Nate was awesome, h I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Pilot from Nate Simon at Conicelli, this is the second vehicle I've gotten from the dealership. Nate was awesome, he went over and above to get me out of my lease early and into the bigger, better SUV. I was looking at 2 Pilot's and went with Nate's opinion for the model that was 1 year older but fully loaded and I've gotten a ton compliments. Nate was extremely helpful and thorough and even entertained our 1 year old that terrorized the office! In the next year or 2 when we're in the market for another car we will without a doubt go back to Conicelli and Nate! More
