Ron identified the correct vehicle, and then stayed late for us on a Saturday in order for us to see the car that day to accommodate our schedule. This was a complex transaction and he was very helpful with the financing and the different aspects of the transaction. He was very understanding, straight forward and honest. Ron would always call and follow up with me exactly as he said he would, and would even send me a text message if he wasn't able to pick up the phone right away or get back to me at that moment. He made us feel that our calls were important. He was eager to help and provide the information without being overbearing. He was patient and willing to talk to anyone that I asked him to include in getting all of the pertinent information about the car. He had numerous conversations with me, my husband and others in my family and never tired of our questions. He is able to handle complicated transactions and if he doesn't have the answer he follows through and gets the information. A dealership that will work with you I went to Conicelli looking for a used vehicle I saw on AutoTrader. I met with a salesman who located the vehicle I was looking for. He went and broug I went to Conicelli looking for a used vehicle I saw on AutoTrader. I met with a salesman who located the vehicle I was looking for. He went and brought it out to me. We checked it out and went on a test drive. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the used vehicle I was buying. I was pleasantly surprised by this since I was actually buying a used American car at a foreign car dealership. Now it is time to talk numbers. I of course had a number in my head that I was willing to pay and after about an hour of talking numbers with the salesman we were able to come up with a price that worked for both of us. My salesman then put a rush on detailing my vehicle(It had just come into the dealership and was not prepped yet) and I returned about 2 hours later and drove home my very shiny used vehicle. I would say that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and my salesman was instrumental in finalizing this deal. I had really gone to the dealership to just look at the vehicle and ended up taking it home. Funny how that works sometimes. Again I would have attribute this to my Salesman. He just would not let me leave until he could make the deal. More

Truly a nice place to do business For over four months I had been searching for a mini van that I would like and that would also be in my price range with low mileage. My husband and I went to conicelli with no appointment and were treated with the most prompt service I could have hoped for. Im a newly graduate from Shippensburg University and a single mom starting a new job, good paying and didn't have a way of getting there. When I got to the dealership he was ready to go. We had different visions at first but we were able to find something. He was very patient and tentative to what I needed and he made sure that I drove off of the lot that day. His customer service efforts were above and beyond and it really made me feel secure because he was confident that he would be able to get me a car that day. After a decent test drive I bought a Kia Forte Ex and it was just the economical expense that I was looking for. It was stylish yet still within a great budget for myself. The car is great and really good on gas and I am now able to get to work stress free and my daughter to daycare in such a timely manner these days. After almost 7 hours of being in the dealership his spirit and motivation never left and he stuck by my side.
