This was the friendliest and quick transaction I ever had 3 days, day 1 selection 30 min., day 2 fax over info ins, owners card, from my home. I have been Nissans' since the late 80s' and my 1999 was still running. However it was time to get a newer car. I had been visiting conicelli Nissan to pick up my 1999 Nissan Maxima and I walked past a very friendly gentleman. His name is Marvin Sanders. I told him how I wanted a newer car but I did not know if I was ready. In addition I explained to him how I was there to pick up my 1999 Maxima. (Little did I know that Mr. Sanders was just completing the sale of a vehicle with another customer). He asked me to stop by after I picked up my car from the service department. There was absolutely no pressure to sell a vehicle. He was kind, professional, and never condescending. He allowed time for reflection and selection. I feel blessed that I returned to the Sales department and purchased my 2010 Nissan Maxima. It is my fourth Nissan in over twenty-five years. Moreover, a friend of mine purchased a Toyota from Conicelli about six years ago and was very satisfied. I wish I had know about Conicelli a long time ago! I also must mention Tyler, a finance officer, who was very professional and explained in detail the financial aspects. Due to the cold weather, my emergency brake cables were frozen. This happened Feb.9th 2013. When Keystone AAA arrived they asked where should my vehicle be towed. Without any hesitation I told them. You see, I remember the professional and caring manner from Sam Screnci. In 2011 I had my front brake pads replaced on my 1999 Nissan Maxima. There was never any price gouging or claims of unnecessary repairs. The work was completed and I was very satisfied. Therefore, I knew exactly where my car was going! Later, Sam explained what was needed. Eventhough he is an expert automotve technician, he has a way making a non automotive person understand quite well. He told me what it would cost me before the work was started. Even if I had another make/model vehicle, I would see if I could get it repaired with Sams' team! More

I recommend Troy at conicelli because he is very honest and upfront with you from the minute you step out of your car. He is very knowledgeable on the inventory and the features and benefits of the vehicle and upfront with you from the minute you step out of your car. We just completed our third deal in three years with this dealership and it was the best one yet. The sales manager (Warren) made the deal happen as usual and I can't say enough about the Finance team as the dealership and it was the best one yet. In general, I can't think of a better dealership to recommend for your next Nissan purchase. Unfortunately our salesperson (George Nous) left a lot to be desired. The best word I can use is shady. His price quotes included rebates that we were not eligible for, therefore making the price of the vehicle higher. When I called him on it he made no effort to explain why the number was higher, he talked as fast as he could to get us to come into the dealership. I would avoid him altogether if you shop here. Salespeople come and go though, so I still say it's worth the drive to shop here. If you have issues with any of the salespeople just ask for the Sales Manager Warren...he will get the deal done for you. More
