Reyon is a phenomenal sales rep. He not only sold me my 2022 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid, but has made himself available 2 other times, when I required assistance learning the technology of the car. 2022 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid, but has made himself available 2 other times, when I required assistance learning the technology of the car. These folks are beyond dishonest and reminiscent of the old car dealer stereotypes. I'll make this short. We went to buy a used car for my wife. She picked out a jeep and did everything to secure the loan old car dealer stereotypes. I'll make this short. We went to buy a used car for my wife. She picked out a jeep and did everything to secure the loan and make the deal. So, the first day they tell us they are gonna give us "their cost" on a hitch from this local hitch guy. So, I call the company and just ask what they would charge for the hitch so I know how much they are saving us. Literally I get the dame exact price that they tell us at the table. Then we were concerned about the tires and that they were needing to be replaced. They shows us an inspection form of the tires that shows that they still have life. Complete and utter crap. The steel was showing through. We took photos and showed them to a nearby tires person. He said that it would be illegal to even sell the car that way. Funny thing was when we decided to back out of the deal they asked us a series of question that seemed Ike an interrogation. Final part, I called and spoke to the owner, and he says he will call me back. He never did. Please be careful and go with your gut on this one. More
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Ryan worked hard to get me the car I wanted, even though there was not much of a selection. i ended up getting the car I wanted, with the colors I wanted worked hard to get me the car I wanted, even though there was not much of a selection. i ended up getting the car I wanted, with the colors I wanted and really had a great experience. Ryan did a nice job letting me look at the different brands Conicelli has —Toyota Corollas, Hyundai Elantras, and the Honda Civics. Thank you to Ryan and the conicelli team. This meant a lot to me with buying my first brand new vehicle. More
STAY AWAY FROM CONICELLI. One star is too many for this dealership, but you can’t leave zero stars. Purchasing a vehicle from Conicelli was by far the worst possible experience. In short, after agreeing on dealership, but you can’t leave zero stars. Purchasing a vehicle from Conicelli was by far the worst possible experience. In short, after agreeing on a price and leaving a deposit, they raised the price when I picked up the vehicle. This may seem fabricated, amd you may say they can’t do that that. That’s what I said, but they did. In addition, the lies that followed by the salesman, the sales manager, and the owner were so insulting. I would be without a vehicle amd walk before going to that dealership again. More

I leased a 2021 Venza from Conicelli Toyota in 5/2021. Two weeks after the lease purchase I was contacted by the business office asking me to come in regarding my paperwork. The business manager, Khalid s Two weeks after the lease purchase I was contacted by the business office asking me to come in regarding my paperwork. The business manager, Khalid said an error was made in the mileage in the lease agreement. The original paperwork provided 36,000 miles over the 36 month lease. Khalid stated that an error was made and that the mileage should have been 30,000 over the 3 years. He said that the mileage could not have been 36,000 based on the payment of $451.29 monthly and the residual value of the car. I argued that the salesperson never stated that the mileage being offered was 10,000 per year. In fact mileage was not discussed during the sales experience. I presented the fact that they should stand by the original agreement as most businesses do and that the problem is not the customers issue. Khalid stated that if I didn’t sign the new agreement conicelli would not be able to process any paperwork for the car on my behalf. Reluctantly I signed the new agreement fearing that I would have nothing to document my lease of the car. The situation got worse from there as I did not receive payment paperwork for the June payment due 6/3. I went to the dealership on 6/1 regarding this matter as well as The fact that I was being contacted for payment by the financial institution of the trade in vehicle Conicelli took as part of the sale. A business rep took a payment from me which was forwarded to Toyota financial services. I was again contacted by Khalid stating that he needed to return the payment to me so that I could pay it myself. After 2 calls to Toyota financial services I learned that Conicelli should not have taken a payment from me. I was concerned about a late payment being recorded on my credit history but even more so that Conicelli was pulling a bait and switch based on their error not mine. The lost mileage is a $900 value which Conicelli says they cannot reverse. I made a complaint to Toyota corporate office - consumer experience. Conicelli then made an offer of free service the 3rd year of the lease but to my estimation that does not equate to the value of the extra 6,000 miles. That being based on the fact that I would be limited in using the car for travel resulting in higher than usual rental fees in order to maintain the low mileage. Also in the 3rd year of the lease I would not be subject to maintenance costs beyond 30,000 miles (basic services) as I do not intend to pay mileage on the back end of a lease. I have leased three times previously and this was the worst experience I have had. I like the Toyota brand and still own a 2002 highlander. My son has leased twice from Conicelli Honda. This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. Conicelli did not act honorably to stand by their contract. I hope that Conicelli will do the right thing and return the mileage to the original lease agreement. As for now I am advising all of my friends and family to not purchase or lease a car through Conicelli. More
I recently made my 4th at Conicelli Toyota. Pat and Azi made the process fast and easy. They were accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I bought my 3rd vehicle from this dealership so I have credibility in my review. Sadly this time, it started with a discrepancy between the invoice and the sticker. The dealership referred me to the corp credibility in my review. Sadly this time, it started with a discrepancy between the invoice and the sticker. The dealership referred me to the corporate office. The corporate office referred me back to the dealership. For over three months both would send me back and forth and no one would take responsibility for an error on my car. To add to the insult, the dealership sent a letter to the PA Attorney General Office that contained a lie. The dealership said I was given a price break on the car because of the error. The error was not found until 2 weeks AFTER the car was purchased. The dealership refused to act in good faith and tell the truth which can be proven in the paperwork. What does it say about a dealership that says it has so much pride in its customer service when it’s easy but cannot give the same customer service when there is a problem of their making. I did not have the normal experience based on their 4+ rating but it says more about a dealership when they can’t handle a not so good situation. For this dealership, one customer does not matter but every customer should matter. Even Dominic Conicelli, acknowledged the lie in the letter, could not defend the letter, but did not find the time to even offer an apology for letting their employees lie in writing. No excuse for this type of customer service. I am hoping they will honor the items that are owed to me in other documents. More
