Rich was very honest with me that this was not going to be easy, he stuck in there and got the deal done. He took me down to Conicelli Toyota to met with the finance manager Tony Soto. It took awhile but it was worth the wait because they got the job done. This is the third vehicle that I've purchased from Concicelli and will always go back there on my fourth.
